I’m Chad Torp, the owner of Level Plane. I’ve worked in construction most of my life — from hands-on field work to managing multi-million-dollar builds. Over time, I saw how much homeowners and investors struggled to find reliable, detail-oriented help for smaller projects. That’s why I started Level Plane — to bring big-project discipline to everyday work.

I take pride in doing things right the first time, staying organized, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. My focus is simple: honest communication, solid craftsmanship, and results that last.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my wife and two daughters, or out on a dirt bike. Those moments remind me why I care so much about the work I do — because home, family, and balance matter just as much as the work itself.
